Well Christmas is over but there's still food left. Boxing day I managed to get out and do 20K but I missed my usual Tuesday run, probably because I was busy eating. Now, after a couple of weeks of overindulgence, I feel terrible.
More reason to get back at it so tonight I'll be out on the hill doing 10 reps, probably all on my own.
Tomorrow I will need to go out and pick up my race kit for this years resolution run on January 1st and on Sunday I'll be out doing 24K.
It's time to start getting consistent again.
