Only four more days to Cincinnati. Everyone seems to be getting excited about the trip.
There seems to be a fair amount of interest in the Beginners clinic at Don Mills and Eglinton so if you're on the fence sign up soon. It looks like it will be a great clinic.
Don't forget there are no group runs planned for this weekend as most of us will be at the Flying Pig Marathon.
