Club Runs October 29 - 30

Trail Run - Sunday October 30th - Pickering, Seaton Trail.



Where : Pickering, Seaton Trail
When : 8am
Time : 1 hour run

Directions : From Highway 2, take Valley Farm north to the end at concession 3. Turn left and park at the end of concession 3.

If you've never done any trail running before, don't be scared. It's an excellent workout and trains those collateral muscles that don't get a good workout on the road, there's also less impact. You can use your road shoes but may want to use an old pair if it's been raining.
