EVENTS - Boston Marathon

Good luck to all our clients and friends who are running in this year's Boston Marathon.

You all worked really hard to get there (unless you loaned out your race chip) and deserve to have a great time. Enjoy the experience.

EVENTS - Alfie Shrubb 8K

The 5th Annual Alfie Shrubb Classic is coming up on June 3rd 2007. This 8K race in Bowmanville is an excellent event that shouldn't be missed.

SOCIAL EVENT - Spring Run Off Celebration

This Monday (April 9th) we will be replacing our usual class with a celebration at the Devil's Advocate at the corner of Elm and Bay St (655 Bay) from 5:30pm onwards.

Please join us and feel free to bring along some friends or colleagues to discuss our war stories from the race.
