Today's run was great, 13°C and not a cloud in the sky. I ran 5K with my neighbour and there were a lot of runners out there for a Friday.
This weekend is my last long run before Cincinnati. The Marathon clinic is planning 29K and the expected temp is 16°C.
It doesn't get any better than that!
