Scotia Waterfront Marathon Weekend
Congratulations to all those who participated in yesterday's races. It seems that some of us had good races and some of us had bad races. While everyone in the clinic finished the race, some had cramping and stomach issues while some were just victims of the humidity.
It was great to see all the cheering and support that there was out there for our group. Kudos to all those spectators who just came to cheer. It is going to be great hearing all your race stories and to celebrate your accomplishments.
For those who are done training and for those who are still anticipating their race day, we will still be meeting this Tuesday night for our workout at the regular place and time.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that came out and supported me on Saturday at Seaton. It meant a lot to me.....
Rob
Congratulations, Rob! You were in my thoughts quite often on Sat, in between gulps of beer, that is.
So, they have you down as 32 years of age. Who knew!
The Toad is going to be literally, a walk in the park after having done Seaton.
