Do you want to run faster and more efficiently? Do you need a Spring Tune-up to get you ready for a spring or Summer event? Do you like the support of working out with a group?

The program runs every Tuesday night with a balance of running, core strengthening, stability exercises, agility maneuvers and biomechanic drills. This is a workout for your whole body with a focus on increasing flexibility and endurance. As a program, we will increase the difficulty of the workouts as we go. Variety will also be built into the program as participants become accustomed to the basic exercises. This workout is open to anyone from walkers to Boston Qualifiers.

Cost of this program: $75 for 11 weeks.

Please Note: The Oshawa Dome charges an admission fee for entry.

As one who is currently doing the boot camp, I can highly recommend this workout.
Just beware the backward lunges:)
