The 'A Run For Liane' 5K Run and Walk Program starts this coming Tuesday July 24th and there is still some space available.
We will be accepting sign-ups on at the first class but please arrive 15 minutes early to do the necessary paperwork. Payment on the day can be accepted in cash or cheque only.
To guaranty your spot in this program please e-mail tony@hittheroadrunning.com to confirm that you're interested and that space is still available.
