SOCIAL EVENT - Post Race Celebration

CLINIC - SickKids Fall Running Programs
Looking to get a jump-start on your New Year’s resolution? Join the SickKids’ Staff Wellness Program Run Team.
Beginners training program will take you from Non-runner to finishing your first 5K.
Advanced program will focus on technique and drills to make your running more efficient and less injury prone.
Both programs meet once a week for run training, strengthening and stretching exercises.
WHEN: Advanced Class – Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Beginners Class – Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm
WHERE: Room 1250 Elm Wing
DATE: October 15 – Dec 31, 2007
COST: $80 for each training series
