Yesterday I did a great fast 6K run. The weather was perfect, cool and cloudy and I felt great.
Today I managed an 8K steady run, some of it off road. The garmin was being a little temperamental today. It was hot and hazy today but the run was good.
Details for Chicago are falling into place.
