Tonight sees the running of the Nissan Foundation 5K at the docks (formerly the Rock 'n' Roll 5K) followed by some sitting on the patio enjoying the waterfront so feel free to come on out and join us.
Tomorrow's club run is at Greenwood conservation are in Ajax for some trails and Sunday's long road run is along some of the Scotiabank Marathon route on Toronto's waterfront. Sunday we plan to meet in the Loblaws parking lot which is on the North east block of Leslie and Lakeshore. Click here for all the details.
