One week left to the Beginner Program

Another great weekend behind us. Saturday was the Mansfield 5 peaks race and Sunday was one of our more popular routes around West Hill and the West Shore area of Pickering. Each time we've done this route I hear a lot of compliments so we are sure to go back there soon.

Don't forget our beginners program starts next Monday at 7pm in Pickering. This is a great program for people with little or no experience with running. Sign up soon!

Friday is also our next Social Event at the Docks 5K. Come and join us for some fun after the race.
